Charleston has no shortage of breathtaking backdrops for capturing life’s most meaningful milestones — and Morris Island Lighthouse is easily one of the most magical. This recent maternity session was everything I love about documenting growing families: glowy light, natural connection, and a whole lot of joy (and a little sandy toddler energy, too!).



This session featured a radiant mama-to-be, a proud dad, and their sweet toddler girl — who is about to take on her biggest role yet: big sister! It was important to me that we created space for both intimate moments between the parents and playful, candid shots with their little one.
